We enrol on a family-by-family basis. A visit and a conversation come before any paperwork.
Four steps to enrolment

Book a visit.
Call the office at 780-332-4404 or email office@peacechristianacademy.ca to arrange a walk-through with the Principal. Visits are typically Tuesday or Thursday mornings during the school year and take about an hour.

Meet with the Principal.
A short interview with both parents (or the sole parent, where that is the case) and the enrolling student. We ask about your family's church, your reasons for considering a Christian school, and the child's history with school. There is no academic testing at this stage.

Complete the enrolment package.
A package of forms — student information, immunisation record, previous report cards, statement of faith agreement — is provided at the interview. Completed packages are due within two weeks. The registration fee is $150 per family (non-refundable).

Placement assessment.
For students entering Grade 2 or higher, we ask the student to sit a short ACE placement test. This is not a pass/fail exam — it tells us where to start the student in the PACE materials so they are neither bored nor overwhelmed. Assessment happens in the two weeks before the first day of classes.

Tuition covers instruction, all ACE PACE materials, chapel, and standard field trips. Not included: uniforms, textbooks for supplemented senior courses, sports team fees, overnight retreats.
